FRIDAY FINDS: AZ WEAR THAT YOU CARE

Local artists, charities, designers, food truck, raffles, & live music...Hmm where were you this past Saturday? 

AZ Wear That You Care was an event put on by the organization Pineapple Triangle. It was held at Legend City Studios in downtown Phoenix (thank goodness for AC!!). The clothing and accessories artists included Sup Goods, Misha Mendicino Designs, This Freckled Girl, & many more! Each artist donated a portion of their proceeds to a charity of their choice. I spoke with Maggie the founder of Pineapple Triangle and she wanted to encourage shopping at local businesses and provide an opportunity for artists to showcase their work in the summer. Although the summer heat was blazing the event was buzzing with people. Every artist I came up to was kind and willing to provide background behind their products.
